A bold, complex pepper sauce made with just three simple ingredients: aged red pepper mash, distilled vinegar and a small amount of salt.
TABASCO® Sauce has been made in the same way since 1868, using a unique, slow, artisanal process from seed to sauce. The peppers are aged for up to three years in oak barrels before being strained and stirred with vinegar to create that signature kick that enhances and enlivens dishes.
Perfect to add flavour to Mexican, Pasta and Pizza dishes.
